background-size not working properly #716

I am trying to use the background-size property, but it is not working with the values "cover" and "contain".

First I wanted to ask if this is even a supported feature? If it should be, I would add some more information. It just looks like it is not implemented yet. :)

I just created a Pull Request for this, because I already saw, that it wasn't implemented yet.
