Fix bug 286 random token replacement #287

Replace with random.SystemRandom.

It looks like this is still not correct. Here is a sample output for the sample CPUTime.perfmon eventgen_data_output.txt

I was wondering if you can confirm whether the new code works for this dataset and conf file, because the output above is from these two files.

Per feedback from @szhong26 , this pr now can get random value replacement for token.
