ant script can setup Splunk 5.0 with minimum cluster setup #95

Create ant target which sets up Splunk 5.0 in cluster with: 1 x cluster master 2 x cluster slaves This will be the minimum setup to have replication and to communicate within a cluster from slave to master and slave to slave (which might be needed?)

Note: We of course want the minimal setup for minimizing the setup costs for running end-to-end tests.

Each instance needs unique shuttl ports.
