Box scores missing for some mbb teams #80

The package doesn't seem to download all the box scores for certain teams like Creighton and App State.

Can you please provide some steps to reproduce what you're seeing? We're not explicitly stripping out teams (of course) but I wonder if ESPN provides complete data for some of these teams' games. Specific ESPN game IDs that are missing would also be helpful if you have them!
