Sprint styling #35

What does it do?

Throws a coat of paint on sprint panels and makes some decisions about where to column stats should live. Along the way, a few style minor styling things got cleaned up and a "my items" shortcut got added to the filters bar.

Where should the reviewer start?

Notice the structural changes to the markup generated for sprints: now the items are contained within the sprint panel, rather than using the panel as just a label. Extra styling was added to the standard bootstrap panels to make thing look like we made them.

Background context

As you see in the screenshot below, points and item totals now have a place to live, but as it stands they're display: none because we don't have the data coming in for both of them yet. @mikekauffman this is relevant for the changes you have in #32

This is going to conflict somewhat with https://github.com/sprintly/5columns/pull/34. Did you have a notion of how you want to display and edit team strength?

@fluxusfrequency ya I figured it might. My suggestion would be that we land this, you rebase/merge your work to date in #34 and in the mean time I'll put together a comp—my thought being that it's a popover with a form in it and blurb splaining team strength
