Ctrl+c doesn't always quit sc-server on OS X. #107

@JohnRHarris (cc: @mauritslamers) reports that under the latest version of Ruby, ctrl+C doesn't quit sc-server. No other issues are being reported.

I'm seeing this behavior now in ruby v1.9.3, so it's not a 2.0 thing. I think the behavior started when FSEvents was swapped in?

I tried fruitlessly to debug this, but I couldn't pin it down. However, after doing a gem update to get a newer version of listen, I'm not having the problem any more.

Can you corroborate?
