UX -- This general requirement, that it work like the template, will be done when all the items in the spec are completed, to the extent appropriate for SproutCore. #3

The UX item in the spec is very general, but it says to match the template exactly: https://github.com/tastejs/todomvc/wiki/App-Specification.

@geojeff You've noted that a number of the other teams have slight differences... I think the "toolbar at the bottom of the scroll area" idea is one that we need to fight back against on the design side. Not until we have a better design though.

@topherfangio In terms of getting the look right, I loved your idea of doing a custom theme starting from the empty theme.

I think the toolbar is a major component of their app specification, so we might have to nail it as they do it.

As far as the infinitely growing list, where the footer moves down and down might be negotiable for SproutCore version -- maybe we could have ours grow down until full page, then scrollview appears.

Any of those solutions are more complicated, is all. They show SproutCore as "takes too much effort to bang out the appy web page I want to build" rather than the truth of the matter, which is "if you design your app like a web page, you're gonna have a bad time!"
