The test guide needs instructions for running SC's own tests #160

...more than file at a time. Per @fairbanksg, this style of URL - http://localhost:4020/static/sproutcore/core_foundation/en/current/tests.html - will bundle tests together per-framework, although I'm seeing some odd unexpected failures when I run that, so there may be issues.

It is possible that there are conflicts between tests that appear when running many at the same time. Since the phantomjs test runner runs each test file on its own, these conflicts would not be seen there (and therefore on travis).
