Thanks, this looks great. A few minor suggestions:

TZIP-19 should be TZIP-019, tzip19 -> tzip019, etc.
Is there a way we can not commit secrets or mnemonic phrases, even if they are for the test network?
README on how to run and test?
Can we use Michelson types in TZIP-019 instead of (in addition to) religo?
