Fix query configurations from file #645

Will fix https://github.com/sqlectron/sqlectron-gui/issues/643 and https://github.com/sqlectron/sqlectron-gui/issues/319.

It was accessing the configuration properties directly from action.config, but the configuration data is actually at action.config.data.
