Retrieve missed weather data #11

There is a website (possibly American MET Office) that allows retrieval of historical weather data. Use this if we've failed to get weather at the correct time for whatever reason.

Since we might be getting weather from two different locations, need to store where the weather data was retrieved from. Is the website enough, or should we store the original data source too?

World Weather Online has historical data, I think.

Could this be folded into the weather retrieval task of #5, or should it remain separate?
