Account for non-technical tasks #4

How do we incorporate non-technical changes? For example, we know we'd like to drop media consent forms, but doing so requires considerable investigation into the legal aspects.

Would this fall under the Dev Team? If so, the current proposal #1 probably isn't a good fit.

I would suggest that these aren't in the scope of the Dev Team. At one point it was suggested that we take "Development" to be development of the charity as a whole, but there was concern of too much overlap with the Core Team and we didn't want to expand the scope of the Dev Team too much.

Ok, in that case I suggest that the scope of this team should be very explicitly defined as such, and that we should probably get the trustees input on how they see these sorts of things being handled.
