Hi Regarding to AGPL3 License StackOverFlow Discussion Can I use this framework and publish my app to iPhone Appstore??

I'm afraid AGPL3 is not compatible with the App Store rules. I would have used another license but as I use openvpn3 library as dependency I hadn't had another choice. Although, I know a few cases when people published their apps and they still in the store. So I think you may try to publish but only on your own risk.
