Many of the sbot docs are still in the cli feature branch, so if you get a 404, try doing an s/master/cli. For instance: https://github.com/ssbc/scuttlebot/blob/cli/api.md

@pfraze if you use relative links then you can open that branch and it will link to other places in that branch too. And it will also work if you open it on your local system!
