Context: I'll soon work on this repo to update it to ssb-meta-feeds 0.33.0

ssb-ebt 9.1.0 was installing ssb-index-feeds which required a newer version of ssb-meta-feeds. I'm pinning ssb-ebt to 9.0.x just to make sure we don't update to that newer ssb-meta-feeds just yet.
