Scrolling is laggy #273

Device: Honor 5C by Huawei Android version: Android 7.0 EMUI: 5.0.2 Thorium version: 1.4.0

Scrolling is really slow on this device. Probably because of fetching thumbnails of the videos. Once all the thumbnails are fetched, scrolling is smooth.

@sschueller Have you studied how is the youtube cache system apk? It would be interesting to investigate those things. Thorium could normally do a thumbnail cache save for the time being.

And: very thankful for this beautiful app :)

The latest version has placeholders, it should help with the loading delay. The image library I use should be caching.
