add option to select subcriptions, general or trends at the beginning #274

I only use the subscriptions tab, and if I open the app, the first tab I see is general, and it might be better if I could select the tab that appears at the beginning. PostScript: I love the app

An option to select the default Tab in the setting would be neat.
