Links as footnotes #131

It would be nice if iReader could convert all links in the body of a text into 
footnotes.[1] This greatly increases the cleanliness of the text and reduces 
the likelihood of a reader getting distracted or breaking their attention by 
clicking on a link.  You could make this a configuration option or even a 
default (it's hard to see why anyone wouldn't want it).

I agree, but it should be an option more, don't replace current behavior.
