How can I lower the txpower? #1725

Sprint Galaxy S3 - Running treve mod 3.2-beta2-mod5

This is not really an issue. I am curious if there is a way to lower the 
txpower? Also, what device name is used when running wifi tether, ie, wlan0 or 
wlan1? I was thinking I could use another app to adjust the txpower after wifi 
tether is started.

I figured out what to do. I insalled iwconfig and was able to change the 
txpower. Maybe this can be added to the next release. It's helpful in places 
where they search for rogue hotspots.
