HTC EVO 3D will start but will not broadcast signal #1729

Which device (manufacturer, type)? Htc EVO 3d

Which firmware is installed?  4.0.3 android version, 3.6 HTC Sense, Cool ICS 
v12CDMA software version

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.1-beta14

I can get it to where it starts without errors but will not broadcast the 
signal to another device can pick it up
