Which device (manufacturer, type)? Sprint Galaxy S4

Which firmware is installed? Cynagen mod 10.1

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.3 beta

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select model s4
2. Run tether
3. Fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected is a connection 
however the error says see log failed hostadp

Please provide any additional information below.
