All references currently set to 'print' as default - when should change to electronic? #34

Implications for institutional style here and changes to factsheets etc - big change to implement. Individual users can switch to electronic in own account, can switch all users in admin account. HY to test out styles?

Lauren and I have discussed - for now, please make everything print and hide option. Please send us two versions of the code, one with hidden in, one with available and option to choose format - then we can put this onto a test system in the summer and test with our new solent style - we want the hidden version to be live currently

CHANGED - allow print/electronic to show , set to print - required to make OSCOLA and APA 6th standard styles work

This is still an issue at the RefWorks end, but we have workarounds for APA and OSCOLA lists. This would no longer be an issue if we decoupled from RefWorks.
