Is it possible to add the get data DOI field to conference proceedings? #64

One of our librarians has noticed that conference proceedings have DOIs and are in crossref - if straightforward, might be worth a try and seeing what the doi can retrieve and how it displays in our harvard SSU conference proceedings style - does work in journal article already but things in wrong fields. Not a priority though, only an extra if easy just to add in extra field.

When retrieving conference proceedings by DOI, it should now correctly map the Conference name into the correct field (t2). Please check and feedback if there are any other fields that need mapping or if the mapping needs adjusting

Tested on MyCourse beta on February 28th, 2014. Conference proceedings are pulled in successfully, but we need to check the reference guidelines to make sure the data is getting mapped to the correct fields.

Ideal reference style:

AUTHOR(S) OF PAPER, Year of publication. Title of paper. In: EDITOR(S). Title of conference including the date and location. Place of publication: Publisher, pages

It appears to be mal-formatting the editor(s), and missing out the location and publisher information.
