[FEAT] quote block doesn't work in spaced repetition #401

In default obsidian, the cursor moves over the quote block, it will prompt a new window to display information about the block. But it doesn't work in spaced repetition. Since spaced repetition is a plugin in obsidian, plays its advantage. To do this, can distinguish spaced repetition and Anki. Thanks for your present.

Much has changed within OSR since you posted this issue.

Could you please try the latest version and let us know if this is still an issue for you.
