Implement auto page reload #39

index page should have possibility for auto refresh by either selecting a "refresh" dropdown or hardcoding it into the page itself

Autorefresh SHOULD NOT be implemented for any other page

As a first implementation, make it autoreload every one minute for just the main page. No controls.

Second step: Make a proposal how several values could be selected and activated (30s, 1 min, 10 min, hourly)
