Ensure that the commit to be updated to is not older than the current version (#16) #146

This PR resolves issue #16.

The requirements for this PR have been changed to only check if the commit hashes are the same, as the only case where this behaviour ("downdating") would still occur is if the user intended to switch branch.

I will submit a new PR tomorrow.
