Status bar icon not displayed in Eclipse 4.2 #90

Unfortunately Workspace Mechanic 0.3.0 does not work with Eclipse 4.2. There is 
already a bugreport at Eclipse's bugzilla 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=363942), but although it is 
reported to be fixed, it is still not working for me.

The icon is not displayed although the preferences for Workspace Mechanic are 
shown (it means that Workspace Mechanic is correctly installed). I see no 
error/warning regarding Workspace Mechanic in the log.

I'm using Eclipse 4.2 JEE Mac 64-bit on Lion.

Thanks for the report, Konrad. I've done absolutely nothing with Eclipse 4.x, 
so it may be tricky. That said, something similar might be happening with 
Ecilpse 3.8, which is that it Eclipse won't even start. It's really peculiar. 
Are you certain that it's verison 0.3? Can you test some older versions to see 
if it's occurring then as well?

Never mind, I think I've got it. If you have the time, though, please do me a 
favor and see if 0.2 works.
