Update minimist version to 1.2.6 #298

We have identified a security vulnerability in the route that ends with @standard-16.0.4>standard-engine-14.0.1>minimist-1.2.5 for minimist version 1.2.5 (Vulnerable Library)

minimist is currently using version 1.2.5 ( https://github.com/standard/standard-engine/blob/master/package.json#L56 )

Upgrading to minimist version 1.2.6 will help us to resolve this vulnerability.
