Since adding Face ID authentication to SN the keyboard glitches #3050

Up to date version and iPhone 13 max pro also up to date.

Have used app for a while. Just turned on biometric lock and now have this issue.

If when last used I had the keyboard on screen, then when I reopen app and unlock using Face ID then there’s a white space where the keyboard should be, but no keyboard until I click within the note. If I don’t click within note and go back to list, visual bug remains.

Hi @3gingercats, I wanted to ask if you've also tried reinstalling the latest version on your device as an initial step? If you have app data backed up on iCloud as well, please also try to clear this out as instructed below:

  1. Please open the Settings app, and navigate to your iCloud backups with the following path: [Your name and iCloud account username (at the top)] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Backups → [Tap on the correct device]
  2. Wait for the list of apps to load.
  3. Finally, locate the Standard Notes app and tap on the toggle button to remove the current and all future backups of the app from iCloud.
  4. From there, please reinstall the app and sign in again.
