MIPROv2 Refactor & Documentation Updates #1616

Updates to MIPROv2:

Support for auto mode, allowing users to get started with MIPRO more easily
Code refactor for legibility & improved maintainability
Fixing error when verbose=True
Adding logging that shows trajectory of past scores over optimization
Updating random handling from random.seed() to rng = random.Random(seed)
Allowing for max_bootstrapped_demos and max_labeled_demos to be set in init in addition to compile

Updates to documentation:

Updating related MIPROv2 documentation (the deepdive & cheatsheet) to reflect updates to parameter settings & auto run mode
