Hi. I've added some packages I have on my system to package_category.txt. I've also made a few small changes to PackagesCategories.java so that packages int the "Other" category have a chance to be intelligently placed. (Note: sorry about the build.gradle files: I had to upgrade to SDK 23 or I got a compile error about "startDragAndDrop" not found in AppDrawerTabFragment.java. Something weird with my system?)

The reason why I haven't merged this is because we recently made OAC, so I believe that implementing it would be a better idea instead. However, I don't know how we could implement it yet.
