Will Continue updates/support? #12

Hi, I am planning to use this tool for our research. I would like to know if yiou guys will continue to update and support?

Hi @ajkarloss,

Thank you for checking in. I plan to support it, but it is in need of some updates. I'm hoping to eventually move away from the in-silico PCR approach to some thing that is more robust and easiesr to add new cassettes.

Unfortunately, I do not have a timeline on when this might happen.
