Review score appearance #5

Want to change the review score (x/5) so it appears as stars. i.e. 2/5 = two filled in starts 3 blank stars etc. Could also change the input but that could be done separately.

@staplesad Not exactly sure how this is going to work on the python end. Can you change numbers into symbols?

Depends what you mean? What information do you need to make it work on the webpage side?
