What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tv in 4:3 or 16:9
2. load via any loader
3. see black bar left side of screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
full screen T^T
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
usb version 2.10 cfgloader/dm booter

ngc games load with black bar on left side of screen
tv doestn have an option to go to 16:9 so im certain its at 4:3 as is the wii.
