Added IBOS1.26 ROM, and modified default LANG / FILE parameters to make compatible with both IBOS1.26 & the original Computech IBOS1.20 / 1.20P.
Set IBOS1.26 as the default IBOS ROM in roms.cfg. Changed out Watford DFS for more standard Acorn DNFS in roms.cfg.
