Create expandable resource lists #108

Would probably be better than having long descriptions. Could potentially even replace resource view page?

Really like this idea. At the moment, the "resource view" page is pretty sparse. This could be good alongside #98, where we move the current resource view into this type of expandable section, and then you can click through to preview the content if you want.
