Fixed some typos and misspells in Introduction part of manual_kor.md.
And this commit includes a small modification of context for the readability. (https://github.com/steemit/smt-whitepaper/pull/193/files#diff-2e9d4279cd83f4b7e3d874c21a8b52aeR76)

As I read Korean translations, I can find some less readable parts. Can I contribute to the SMT community by making the meaning of the text clearer?

I appreciate that you revised the translation, and it is of course possible to refine the lack of context. The pull request for fixes is maintained by @clayop and he will be reflected after confirmation.
