YouTube short URLs #28

Could you support YouTube short links?

For example, the URL http://youtu.be/H0N7CY3LeYo will be redirected to 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0N7CY3LeYo

For some videos, the URL http://youtu.be/VIDEO-ID?hd=1 exists, too. It forces 
HD output.
