Update dependencies, add remove-trailing-comma option

Add an option to remove trailing commas (added a second options object parameter to compile, specify { trailingComma: true } to remove trailing commas).
Add tests for trailing commas -- see compiler-test.js
Update dependencies in package.json
Update minimum supported node version to 4.0.0 (add engines option to package.json, update travis.yml)
Update version to 3.0.0 in package.json (since node version update is a breaking change)
Update readme
