Navigation relative path #183

Added an option to use a relative path navigation when different users access the same Qlik Sense instance using different DNS / Proxys / Virtual Proxys. Useful for the document chain when import/export between different systems

Closing as the extension has been "taken over" by Qlik, first as part of the Dashboard Bundle, called "Navigation Button Extension" and then later on as a native object (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Visualizations/Button/button.htm).
