Make it more obvious that you need to scroll #55

Both testers said they didn't know to scrawl down to find the save button and also both didn't scrawl down to see the other facilities listed without me prompting them.

I'm not sure what we can do about this - designing for a situation where people don't know they have to scroll makes it very difficult to allow for long pages such as this one. I'd say this is low priority.

Add a short instruction at the top? > scrawl down to click on save/cancel buttons

Sounds obvious but I need to keep remembering that is what people need > prompting.
