What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the software to create sets but it doesn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0 on Windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
This is the message from the error.txt:
tags2set: Cannot create set 
<class 'flickr.FlickrError'>
tags2set: Cannot edit set 
<type 'exceptions.AttributeError'>
