Segmentation fault when running add-to-library #70

Hi,

I am trying to build my own database and running into seg fault:

Loading nodes file ... Done, got 2595586 nodes
Loading merged file ... Done, added 78404 merged nodes.
Loading names file ... Done
Init RMQ ...Done
Load mapping from accession ID to taxonomy ID
done
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Thank you for reporting an issue. Could you provide the genome files so that I can reproduce the error? It would help me a lot in solving the issue.
