Confused about the Fig.3A in the published paper #1

Hi,

I would like to thank you for sharing this amazing source code for the paper.

I'm confused about the chord diagram in Fig.3a, you mentioned the fig represents a comparative analysis of a taurine-deficient transcriptome with the core gene signatures ofnine aging hallmarks. Could you please explain how you performed the analysis and, if possible, provide some demo code for the analysis and visualization?
