Bugfix: Fix ability to copy + paste #10

This sets a proper, minimalistic application menu for production distributions and restores ability to copy + paste (as well as undo, redo, hide, quit, etc.).

Looks great - thanks for your help! Going to merge this one into the develop branch now, although may make some platform-specific tweaks as AFAIK the shortcuts work on Windows without needing the menu.
