Zotero integration #979

Zotero is a research management tool. To streamline workflows for our users we should investigate what an integration with the service might look like.

They provide APIs and libraries which should help streamline the process.

Having a direct link to a zotero library avoids people having to use .bib files which may be a barrier to less technical users (like myself!). See recent implementations in Overleaf and scite.ai for example uses.
