Study the opportunity to add a hardware structure to power off then power on automatically the MCU using a RC structure.
If applicable, a transistor will stuck to GND the enable pin of the 3.3V LDO, enabled with an MCU pin.
The MCU is powered down (with all 3.3V components), the MCU pin is released.
Then the RC composed with the LDO enable pin pull up resistor and a capacitor to the ground will enable the LDO again after a delay.
IF present, the +5V LDO shall be disabled during the process. It will be disabled before the 3.3V LDO and reenabled after.
