Move `Name` field to bottom of node config screens #19

I would like to have the Name field at the bottom of the node configurations so that the configuration screens are more consistent with the built-in NodeRed nodes. Examples include the mqtt nodes, dashboard nodes, trigger node, etc..

This is only a user interface change.
