Multiple related phentypes & QTL summary stats #100

Hello,

Do you recommend using this software for metabolite QTL summary statistics. In my scenario I have 3 related outcomes (coming from diabetic retinopathy). I am using one cohort to investigate those 3 outcomes (overlapping samples) and doing QTL analysis on each of them.

Thank you so much for getting back to me! Would you recommend (in my scenario) using mvBIMBAM to perform multivariate association analysis in addition to the mashr analysis?

I would just use mashr as it is now our preferred approach
