use fs.baseDir() as the PWD when executing CFLint

Thank you very much for the contribution :) I added the change in commit e94d262 (we have a convention of not using this unless it's necessary and I didn't want to bug you with that small change). I'm planning to release a 1.5.1 version shortly, also with a bugfix release of CFLint 1.2.1 once that's out.
